Unless you are planning on playing a sport, you should not be wearing a sports bra! They do nothing but restrict the movement of your breasts, pressing them in to a boob omelet--not a tasty look!

If you can't stand underwire in your bra, opt for a supportive soft bra sans wire. Game on!
