Lingerie Gift Guide from the Lovely Ladies of Bellefleur

Lindsey (on the right) Recommends the following "girlfriend" gifts:
Underneath it All, the essential lingerie guidebook. If you didn't know already, it was written by our very own Jen, the owner of Bellefleur! $13.95 -And a massage oil candle in lavender vanilla scent. When you burn it, the warm liquid "wax" is actually massage oil! $10 .
A rainbow of Hanky Pankys. You will most likely buy a bunch of these amazingly comfortable stretch lace thongs as gifts, but then end up keeping a few for yourself.
Many colors available! $18 each.

Scottie (far left) recommends for Mommy Dear(est):
Buying bras for your mom can be a challenge, especially when they won't even come in for a fitting (i.e. my mom). The sad truth is that too many moms aren't wearing the properly fitting bra they deserve. Buy her a gift certificate to show her some love, then accompany her on her visit to Bellefleur for her fitting. She needs your support! (No pun intended.)

Jen's picks for the woman in your life (tall glass of water in the middle):
Upgrade her sleepwear wardrobe with some proper and sexy pajamas. Yes, they exist! Wendy Glez makes the most fabulous, comfy and alluring two-piece pajama/lounge sets on the market (you can find me in them most nights). Around $98 per set.

Show her you still find her sexy by acquiring an Aubade or Mimi Holiday bra and panty set for her. Sexy, sophisticated and well worth the scratch. $150-$250 per set.
Looking for a stocking stuffer?
  • Sweet Beauty body and massage oils have real Theo chocolate in every bottle. I am in love with this stuff. For $22, you can be, too!
  • Booty Parlor kissable body shimmer and bronzer will make her skin look and taste yummy. The perfect body glow to wear with your new lingerie. $22.

Tip 19 of 20 Chilly Legs Meet Hot Trends

Take fashion-advantage of the chilly weather by sporting the latest trend in legwear: Over-the-knee socks are cute, sexy and warm! Layer the socks over tights for extra warmth. For an edgy look, layer fishnet or lacy stockings under the socks.

Tip 18 of 20 Dough!

Cooking is sexy. Baking is sexy. Grab your cute apron (you have one, right?) and go for it. Cooking is so much fun, and can be so relaxing! Schedule some time to bake with your kids, or with your bff. Get down and dirty with the dough. Knead it, create something yummy. Bring me some Christmas cookies, please!

Tip 17 of 20 Corset Behavior

Do you own a corset or bustier, but never find a time to wear it? Or have you always wanted to buy one, but don't feel confident you would actually use it? Wear it outside the house!

Don't feel compelled to restrict your corset to the boudoir. Wear it out over a skirt or jeans! You are a hot property, both inside and outside of the bedroom.

Tip 16 of 20 Shop Local

Happy Holidays is my goal. Each year I feel a mix of trepidation and exhilaration as the end of November approaches. I love the holidays! I love gift-giving! I love shopping! What I don't love: pressure, stress, drama, and a host of other holiday-related angst that comes along with the next month.

This year, I am simplifying and shopping local. Admittedly, there will always be things I have to go online for, or possibly (dread upon dread) to a mall for. But shopping locally makes me feel like I am giving in two ways:
1. I am supporting the small businesses around me, which feels amazing and I wish I could do more often.
2. I am finding small, quality gifts instead of a mass of generic, bath&body style pre-packaged gifts.

Plus, everyone loves opening a box from a small shop. It makes them feel more special, which is the best gift of all.
